1960's Culture: ''Ozzie and Harriet'' (Episode: The Petition, 6 January 1965)

Published 1965

Another episode of that long-running (1952-1966) sitcom "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet". In this episode, Ricky's suspicions about a woman's money request results in a David speartheading a new annual celebration-day called "Wive's Day". Please excuse sloppy picture quality.

Subject: CAPS LOCK IS CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL
Look, I have been awake for a very long time. This item has needed moving to the correct section for an EVEN LONGER time (over 20 days). FYI, I uploaded this.

That was some time ago. Regardless, this episode is from near the end of the long running series, at the point the series was running out of steam.

Your Cooking with Gas...I think some Gas-power based thing was the sponsor on this episode.

Then again, what do I know? I'm only 18.....

(Too bad this episode has the same lack of interesting haircuts that lessoned the series. Also, I'm not sure if "lessoned" is a real word)
